For lack of a better term, you're a scripting whore. So yeah, you're great at scripting, but I would prefer more mechanical, and not ENTIRELY scripted.

Phundamentalists FTW!

I like to Program things it is what i do. But i agree with you i should start to make more mechanical scenes, like i used to. But somethings you can't do with out scripting.

Basically, what I'm saying is that if I want to play a coded game, I'll go the Armorgames.com and play some flash games. Algodoo is a physics simulator.

Phun is run completely of codes and scripts. So don't play it :)

Every program is run off of codes and scripts, but in a physics simulator, you expect to see mechanisms and contraptions, not just coding, and this scene is completely coded. There is no point in playing a completely coded scene if you can just play better coded games on flash sites. That's what flash programs are for, so you coders can code games. Physics simulators are, well, for physics simulations.

Hey hey hey, I am just trying to have fun. I do that by coding things. But some even mechanical things in Algodoo/Phun are impossible, Like Zero Friction or Inf density or no air friction, etc..... So yes i would rather go to Armorgames or Addictinggames to play a game rather than Algodoo but it is cool to see that Regular people can make games too.

For me, yes. But then again, I've become bored with 'generic' scenes already.

Back in my day, we had to use physics objects barefoot in the snow. We didn't have grids or scripts or lasers, we had rectangles, fixates, and circles.

And we liked it.

Some days we had grandpa's old boots, but that was only when he wasn't working his 18 hour shift at the coal mine.
