You mean AI?
A.I means Artificial Intelligence. And I can tell that this SCP A.I really needs an A.I system like talking to people.
But it´s kind of hard,so my idea is to make a question displaying some random questions and once the player clicks the square,the A.I will answer the question.

But still,hard. It needs a plenty of time and effort to build a smart A.I like that!
