Hello world,

I've noticed a lot of the things I make in Algodoo are cool, but useless. I've made some pretty cool mechs that do absolutely nothing. So I've made the group D2BD, or Dare To Be Different.

You can dare to be different! Feel free to post any of the neat but useless things you've made under the D2BD name! In the title of your scene, just put something like D2BD -" [Scene Name]" without the square brackets, but with the quotes.

Here's an example of something cool but useless that I made:



It looks cool, and is neat, but it's really useless. There is no point to it, but maybe somebody could change it to make it useful. D2BD is, I guess, an idea-starter.

So, post your D2BDs!

With luck, maybe Link'll even make a group for Algobox, titled 'Abstract' or something like that

I have one, roller wheels, it uses three wheels on one bigger wheel to move backward, forwards, and to stop.

Some random thing that i made, pretty sweet though <3

I am serious about this thread, i do love the idea of having odd things posted, because some scenes ARE useless, but indeed very cool.

Its semi old, but it was hilarious to make. I had so many designs, most of them he face planted on!

Would you guys like a scenegroup for this? Because you could also just tag all d2bd scenes, would make it easier to search for them.

But only scenes in the group 'default' show up in the home page of Algobox, right? If we upload under 'D2DB', regular users won't get to see them, unless you could add it in.

This was made a while ago, so please note, i'm not pumping out millions of useless scenes just to spam this thread, most of these are actually interesting

This thread is also not for plain old un-interesting useless stuff, this is for usefull stuff, that has no use, and is interesting

There, I named the scene group "dare to be different". It's visible on the index page too btw (the scenes that are selected by default on the search page, are those that are visible on the index page too)

You can change the scene group of currently existing d2bd scenes in the 'edit scene' menu.

I'm in.I shall create useless, but cool scenes!!!
