BSE ENGINES!!

anyone have any other idea as to how you could make a better "high speed" BSE engine?
CHeck out my I4 car scene and see what you think.
Do you have a shovel for your physics sandbox?

I think collision engine is much better and reliable. If you want to build realistic car - pick this engine.

you can spawn the objects on the BSE with a predetermined velocity to get more performance out of it.

Keep in mind you need to add vehicle velocity...

Hi Kilinch and all, Kilinich I'm sure you could figure out the scripting for anything and I am real good at the mechanical stuff. I think this would be a good thread to develop a truly powerfull and realistic looking engine?Density is the whole ball game in ball spawn and collision type piston engines, hinge stretch is a killer.

Simple high speed single cylinder BSE
Left arrow to start rotation
Return to release spawner
Lots of drop downs to mess with
Can be improved but I was trying to keep it simple
Will run 300 rpm+ at 100hz and close to 500 at 400hz
Please rate and comment
PS should be Phun compatable

Edit: I tested it in Phun and it doesnt work for some reason :?:

the laser beacons in the pistons already track velocity.
