Background moves and the object stays on the screen

I made a simple car. When I play the scene the car moves. And moves out of my field of view.Now if I wand to see my car I have to drag the screen or zoom out. I downloaded some scenes from Algobox.In those scenes the cars move but they remain at the center of the screen, the background changes. How to do this?

Right click a part of your car, move the mouse to selection, then click follow.
