water spawn engine

Hello,
I made a pretty much successful engine compared to other my attempts. Its water engine because i don't really know how to script to spawn circles and stuff. Anyway heres the engine:
It can run without load at almost stable 15-16 rad/s and use no more than 40 particles at a time so it should be lag free. Tested it and ran for over 2 minutes without failing.
if you want to hook up another gear to that which is in there use 0.35 sized gears.
While testing i attached 1:10 gearbox and with it 400kg car (simple frame, wheels, engine, gearbox) could ride on 40 degrees steep hill and push 500kg block on flat surface.
