New engine type(?)

Hi.

First post on this forum but in no way new to Phun

I made this engine a while ago but never bothered to share it. Kinda assumed that this was nothing new, but I can't seem to find anything like this out there, so is this phenomenon actually something no one ever noticed? The engine works by sort of attraction aided collision glitch, which creates a lot of stable energy.
