HD Props by: dak47922
Hello everyone!
As you may have seen today December 29, 2010 I have started to make a new series of scenes called "HD PROPS"
The point of this series is to provide props that anyone can use in their scenes.
REMEMBER:these scenes are NOT meant to be interactive in any way.
The only thing I am wanting in return is that if you use any of my HD props in your scene you MUST give credit.
It may seem unfair but if I notice that you didnt give credit:
Remember to have loads of PHUN
My current scenes are:

Okay, but you should make them a bit more interesting, like ones that can bend. The tree could be animated to sway in the wind, for instance.

I was gonna say something about this, but I was too lazy.
You can't claim ownership on these if you don't own the images.

I have fully read the usage terms of the website i have obtained them from and I dont have any obligation to mention them.
The only real obligation i have is to ensure that i dont package them and redstribute them as "texture packs"

You can read this if you are that interested:
CONDITIONS OF USE
Use of the Textures is only allowed under the following conditions:
- Private or commercial use
- Use in 2D or 3D computer graphics, movies and printed media
- Incorporation in computer games, 3D models
- Selling 3D models bundled with modified versions of the textures, when the texture is customized for the 3D model
It is NOT permitted to:
- Sell or distribute any of these textures in an unmodified form, or where the derived product you are selling or distributing is a Texture or a collection of Textures. IN OTHER WORDS: Do not sell or distribute any of these textures (modified or not) by itself or in a texture, material, clipart, website theme or scrapbooking pack!
- Bundle the images with software such as paint programs, 3D programs, photo-kiosk software.
- Reselling or redistributing the images at 'print on demand' services (mugs, t-shirts, mouse mats, etc)
- Selling or redistributing skins for laptops, phones and other devices, created with images from CGTextures.
- Stockpile images with the goal of making a local copy of all textures on the site.
- Using a special program (spider, leecher) or script to automatically download all Textures on the CGTextures website. Users who try to mass download will be banned from the website automatically.
- Interfere with the security or otherwise abuse, disrupt, place excessive loads on, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the CGTextures website or any system resources or networks connected to this website.

This isn't private or commercial use. Also, don't assume that just because it doesn't say you have to give it credit, that you don't. Always give credit unless it specifically says you don't need to. You're lucky I don't report you to them.
Also, these are useless anyway.

Yea, you need to give credit to the website that provided the textures. Besides, the props have wrong collision areas.
I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.
