Able to block Phun users from opening an Algodoo made scene.
Hello, the title may seem cruel but that's not the goal. My latest scene gets alot of great comments and ratings (fourteen 10/10s) but I believe frustrated Phun users rated it 1/10 because it doesn't work properly in Phun. It can make Phun crash temprarly so what I'm suggesting is that there can be a button that blocks an Algodoo made scene package if Phun tries to openen it. This would prevent such problems I'm dealing with in the future for others.
What do you think?

Why do people hate getting these 1 rating so much, is it that much of a big deal?
Secondly i would hope not to segregate the phun/algodoo anymore then it already has been if you muct just put an [Algodoo] Tag at the start of the scenes title.

If I may change your suggestion slightly, why not suggest to not let them rate instead of not being able to use the scene? Much less cruel.

Hmm, well it could also work as a "safe button". Lets say a noob downloads it and his Phun crashes and he immideatly gets mad and do 'not so clever things' before he even tries to restart Phun.
I got an email months ago from a guy wich this scenario occured to.
Hope you got me

Re: Able to block Phun users from opening an Algodoo made scene.
Sorry for double posting. Now I just got a nother 10/10 and a comment "0/10 for algodoo only ". What the Fu... I spent hours trying to make it perfect and now some Phun noob rejects it because it's algodoo only. If you don't have algodoo, don't download it and if you don't download it don't rate it.
I'm beginning to see that Dare's suggestion beats my own. Support for that, Dare

"Oh, hey, I don't have Algodoo. Sadface. I want to vote this guy's scenes down because it has LAZZORZZSZ!!!1!@Ohr(@RH3rPOTATO!!. Shit, I can't because I don't have Algodoo. Hmm, I'll just check this box saying I do have Algodoo. trollface.jpg"
It wouldn't work. Until Algobox is accessible in Algodoo or you're able to link Algodoo to Algobox, no.

Why don't you seperate algodoo scenes from phun scenes. Like remake Phunbox and then have Algobox.

If a user does that the rating can easaly be reported and reset. The user could get banned aswell.

They can do that here, too. They can also get banned here, too. Therefor, it's pointless.

I know that. I just thought it would be useful. Maybe your login ID would be your 'Algodoo Code'(Unlock Code). (can't remember it's name), or would that be incredibly stupid and could risk leaks? Perhaps, but maybe something similar.

Chronos is right, trying to issue martial law on phun users everywhere won't work.
If you are so worried about your ratings select the box to stop anyone from rating.

Correction: Anyone who thinks ratings are important, which they aren't.

You should submit to a dictionary. Haw!
Millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced. Something terrible has happened.
