Converting an Algodoo scene to a video file.

I couldn't find any way to convert an Algodoo scene to a video file, like to a .wav file, in Algodoo itself. In that case, what is the program of choice by Algodoo users to convert a scene to a video file?

Usually, "converting" a scene to a video is just plain recording it with software like bandicam or OBS studio. You should look which screen recording software fits you the most via research. I personally like OBS studio but its more complex than other softwares, while bandicam is relatively easy to use but has a watermark and other restrictions.
