Recently xuhaiyang_1997 has been spamming Algobox with over 40 scenes, all of which contains minimal effort and nor Helpful description. I request that he is either blocked, or that some of his scenes are deleted, as they are juts horrible.

they should have a timer between scenes so there is no spamming unless its the same scene for updates and stuff like that
