2.1.0b10 Undo text color in touchscreen

When user use Algodoo with touchscreen, the user won't understand why texts in undo-list are dark color.

I suggest not to en-dark the color of text when touch-screen mode = true.

I think this is more of a "Projector" based feature, as algodoo is intended for Education areas, where projector based touchscreens are more in use then standard LCD based screens.
dark colors and white don't always mix well on projectors, this will be just more of a "fix" for that.
