[OK]2.0.2b6 Plot tooltip significant digits

Tooltip in plot window is sometimes a bit difficult to read.
This happens because of width of numbers.
== Suggestion ==
I suggest to print number 1.00 instead of 1 for example.
This cannot solve this issue perfectly ("99" and "100" is not same width), but will improve enough to read.
