2.0.2b3 Default value for drag tool strength

I suggest to decrease value of Tools.DragTool.strength
Because users easily cause penetration with Tools.DragTool.strength = 1e+007.
I think Tools.DragTool.strength = 1e+005. is better. The value is normally enough to move geom and it seldom occurs penetration.
How do you think?

this is personal preference i think,
my option was ^10, it gives immediate result (i don't have to drag my mouse 10m before the geom moves to where i want)
also it gives me the ability to drag geoms through glued objects, so i don't have to drag it around the glued object.
however ^5 does penetrate less, but it does happen if you move your mouse further.
sadly i don't support you with this one, maybe ^5 for "fancy mode" and ^7 or more for "strength" mode or something.

This is what I think Physics simulator shouldn't do. You can use move tool to move geoms around instead of drag tool.
10^5 is not good for geom with density = 100, though.
