2.0.2b2 Add new variable Scene.Keys.bind/unbind

Currently, when you use "Keys.bind", config.cfg will be changed. I wouldn't like to do so.
So I suggest to add Scene.Keys.bind to maintain hotlkeys for scenes.

NOTE: I thought there should be this suggestion already, please tell me if you find the topic.
