Custom Variable Saving
When I exit a scene with 1 or more objects with custom variables, then re-open it, the variables don't save with the rest of the scene.
Please fix this soon.

Re: Custom Variable Saving
make it so values under "CCW" on motors dont disappear. this causes a lot of awesome scenes to not be instantly openable.
For example i did want to try out one of standard toasters old scenes but you cant - too much code is gone. and on my TV set CCW does not retain code - even though it was saved and loaded in algodoo, so its obviously still a problem.
I have mentioned this in the bug report section though.
