Even if sound was implemented as an obscure thyme command that was near impossible to use and could only play mp3's and htey had to be shorter then 10 seconds. It would still be awesome.

Yeah and with (not so advanced) scripting you could split up a song into small pieces and then play them in a row.

What i'm saying is i wouldn't care much if at all, how it was implemented even if it was implemented badly. Sound > no sound

I have the same opinion with Mystery. In my opinion, this feature can be implemented with "beta feature" tag.
Future compatibility can be a problem, though.

It's been nearly a year since the positive response from "Admin" with no sign of any attempt to actually implement sound. They have had the capacity to put in scripted sounds from the start, but have they have not.
Put it in!

It should be a "like" button for theese kind of comments. A year! Aint that a little to much to work on sounds? Or to wait to even get started?

Have you watched "Algodoo sound mod teaser" (YouTube video) ?

NOTE: do not increase volume level, sounds start at 0:43.

Sound will make Phun more fun!
