[OK]1.8.4 Expand-bar: double-click behavior and its tooltip

There is no more expandables (since v1.9.4).

Double-clicking expand-bar switches "default" and "maximum", currently.

1)
For material icons(shown image below), the expand-bar's default is maximum, so that double-clicking do nothing when the bar is maximum.

2)
There exists small issue in the tooltip.
Please read the suggestion below.

1) About behavior
I suggest switching "default(=maximum)" and "minimum" about expand-bar at material icons.


2) About tooltip
Anyway, the tooltip for expand should be edited.

Expand_Tooltip = "Drag to show more or less objects in this menu. Double-click to maximize or minimize.";

Expand_Tooltip = "Drag to show more or less objects in this menu. Double-click to switch expanded status.";

P.S.
Small buttons() work well to switch but I prefer to double-click.

how about

Expand_Tooltip = "Drag to show more or less objects in this menu. Double-click to expanded or unexpand."

I think that sounds a lot better, but as I say, its up to you
