A rotation snap on the cut tool

I do not know if this makes sense, its hard to explain, but here goes.

Maybe There could be a snap in rotation for the cut tool. Like with the rotation tool it snaps in 15 degree increments.

I did search for similar posts and I didn't find one. not trying to steal anyones ideas or anything. :)

I'm pretty sure you can achieve what you want with the grid.
