Firstly I think fire and fuel would be a good addition, being able to use actual fuel would be great for us rocket builders, would could make rockets how that actually do in real life.

Realistic breaking of objects (Toggleable) would be great and could be applied to many different kinds of creations.

Actual air would be fantastic, all sorts of things would become possible with actual, simulate, compressable air.

Those are my ideas so far, I'm sure I'll think of a lot more though.

I pretty much agree with this comment. It's not that your suggestions are bad, its just they have all been mentioned and suggested several times before.
