Planing Contest (hydrodynamic)

a hydrodynamic planing contest

the purpose is to build a craft that drives on land goes in to water and gets to land again.
sounds too easy right, just build a boat with a gear wheel on the end.
NO!
it is not allowed to be powered in the water as it should plane with speed it gained from land
the goal is to carry a 1*1 block of glass to the other side of the 20 meter pond with as little speed from land as possible.

This contest is all about building skill as you need to get your vehicle as hydrodynamic as possible.
one more rule don't convert a boat into a land vehicle. but convert a land vehicle in to a semi floating device. (it should sink when it has no speed)

body should not go through wheels and vice versa (only like the one in the scene is allowed) or anywhere else as long as it doesn't go through the body

(see scene for a vehicle that complies with the rules)

Speed is only allowed to be 14m/s (+/- 0.5)

grading is
amount of speed loss in the water (lower is better)

eg. mine 14.1-9.1=5

Leader board

1:crazydoub: 2.5 (wasn't fast enough, so i adjusted speed of craft to 14m/s)
1:Mitko99: 2.5 (wasn't fast enough, so i adjusted speed of craft to 14m/s)
2:Luilakkie: 5
4:
5:

Edit: Last wall to block water from going everywhere is now a killer speed may only be 14m/s
Grading has also changed according to your demands

Please no automatic brakes

This is a retarded grading scale.

Go read the guidelines.

A mediocre contest.

However, I will not enter until you use the Algobox to upload the scene.

And I've got an idea...

Also, please don't flame me for my opinions.
