No 15 rpm for the wheels/transport device. Your weapon can go up to 100 rpm.

I was not talking about the maximum RPM at all, I was talking about pluralizing 'RPM' which is not necessary.

Sorry grammar freak >:L

What is the maximum weight limit?

Does the rpm limit apply to motors, or any rotating part of the robot?

To what extent may scripting be used?
Only as a way or getting the robot off the ground if it's been flipped, or other applications?

What are the slider limits for friction, restitution etc?

Are wheels the only allowed way of moving?

There's the template :D

There are two glitching cogwheels in the centre.
And you do realise the maximum allowed size of the robot takes up more than half of the arena, don't you?

Do everybody a favour, and actually plan your contests instead of blindly mashing your face against the keyboard.

No weight limit
15RPM for the transport and a max of 100RPM for the weapons.
Will be competing in Algodoo 1.9.8b

Are you going to update the OP, or just expect everybody to trawl through this thread in search of all the rules?

Bazinga wrote:Yes you know I can make the arena bigger or make your bot smaller? >_<

That completely removes the purpose of a preset size in the first place. Robots will function differently at different scales, and changing the size will modify the weight.

Bazinga wrote:Any density is welcomed. Just, don't make it airborne.

That is completely ridiculous. All this will mean is that the heaviest robot will win. Why not just set a weight limit?

Bazinga wrote:The spawned objects could NOT in any way be used as a weapon but may be used to propel the vehicle.

Bazinga wrote:Yes, scripting is allowed to somehow propel the vehicle upright in case it falls over.

Clarify please.

Also: WHAT ARE THE SLIDER LIMITS FOR FRICTION, RESTITUTION ETC.

what Algodoo are you gonna use, it's important because the newer versions are rendering the physics a bit diffrent, wich will give an whole diffrent result when the bot is in combat with another.
and don't go by parts, use the weight mesurer that came in the scene package. Set a maxiumu value, like 100 kg
