The only thing you need to do is edit the engine.
And I think I'm not gonna compete this contest. I'm quite good in non-motor-hinge-engines, but I can't get something to fly...

Just pick classic phun air friction flying machine (like wild bill usually build) and set your motor in it.
Remember you can adjust gravity to make your helicopter fly. Later you can optimize it.

Arrow keys to turn, hold both to fly.

0.3 / 9.8 x 100 = +3 points
collision engine = -10 points
algodoo = -5 points
stability = +20 points
-----------------------------------
sum 8 points.

I think your helicopter can be optimized a lot!
Port it in phun, adjust density/airfriction|engines...

btw, my tests shows it is possible to fly even in 2G environment - FM design is very important part!

2G's as in G-forces.
2G = Twice normal gravity.

I'm now downloading algodoo 1.7.1 to be able to port it to phun (my creation was made in 1.7.4)
after that, ill optimize further
for now, mine doesn't break a single rule, and i didn't even move the engine box

+ it uses a type of engine that has only being uploaded once on phunbox/algobox before.. (be me, xD)

Are we allowed to have a kick-start hinge on a bounce-engine? I think I need one to get it going.

Any advice with bounce engines? I don't know how to make it powerful enough to fly. I've done everything else, but it won't fly unless I lower gravity.

It's not a problem, make gravity low. For bouncing engine you need very stable rotor so I can Increase limit of inertiaMultipler to 1000.

p.s. engine contain anti-matter ant it's density below 0.01 limit but I've allow this because it's not for "lighter than air" purposes.
