Look - 40/45 (very nice to watch, a little hypnotic too!)
Originality - 15/25 (its not the most original scene, but it makes some unique and original shapes)
Effort - 15/30 (you have made it display some nice colours and shapes, but its not really the hardest/most complex thing to make)

Overall - 70/100

Agreed, but only me and Livirius have used this kind of attraction. Notice the laser doesn't fall in nor escape out (most of the time)

how about a laser guided path-finder?

Well i haven't seen any others like it. I personally love it. Why doesn't the laser fall into the attraction ball thingy? Am I stupid for asking?

You're not stupid at all for asking. Not many people know of this attraction method. There are in fact 2 balls. One ball has quadratic negative attraction, the other has linear attraction.

the attraction slider is there, but its on zero

Errr... sorry for stealing your thunder connumdrumer, i got the idea off someone else in another thread, who i think got there idea off of you, but basicly yeeeah... its another seven seg display.

I'd ask the competition judge give this a zero for originality, as said, it was conumdrumers idea first, and i got the idea for doing it off someone else who got the idea from conumdrumer.

I'll make a more original entry if i get the time before the competition closes, this is just something i was fiddling with.

Look - 32/45 (its not really a nice decoration or anything, but I like the overall way the number & mechanics display was built)
Originality - 6/25 (I thought it was original in a sense, but only gave you a 6 because of what you said about copying)
Effort - 20/30 (I would have given you a 25/30, but since you used conumdrummesr's idea I took away 5 points)

Overall - 58/100 (If this was completely yours and not copied at all it would have got a 74/100)

Conundrummer, I now realized the mechanics behind what you made and am boosting your score from 70/100 to 81/100 (I re-scored it). Sorry I didn't look in to much the first time around.

And conumdrumer, that type of atractiion has been used for a soft body water ball thing, or whatever you call it, and i use it every one in awhile to.
