as i said in my comment, in phun it is not physically possible to get an ideal vehicle to make it past 2 or so.
i will try again with a new tecnique

with new tecchnique i have 550 nm test motors on a 86 kg vehicle going forever...
as in all the way plus more

what are the rules for connecting to the trailor?
are transfers of power alowed to have non slider values?

bonus points for interior ;)

friction limit 1 is hilarious - without soft wheels, it's almost impossible to move at all.

that is why i asked about how to link it;
any connection that has it connected to the vehicle higher than the trailer, provides lift to the trailor and downforce to the back wheel

sorry, i made a mistake with the wheels thing, the wheel friction can be infinity.

as for sheepborg's question, you can connect it however you want, and it can have non slider values. sorry everyone for my mistakes and forgetting certain rules, this is my 2nd contest. :)

but then by connecting it however it becomes so easy
i only need 550 nm motor to win then

you should require link to be equal or below the level of the hitch!!!
otherwise i could win, or somebody else could win

and is ther a bonus for interior ;) ;) ;) ;)

i know its a bit overweight but its the best i could do with a spring engine, i dont know if attaching the trailer is ok like that, if not just attach it however you want. and i lied there is no brakes.

i am having trouble applying my engine to a tractor...
because of its constant HIGH running speed it keeps stalling.
rrg, i really dont want to gear it more...

My engine directional control is the right and left arrow keys, are there controls already set on the trailer?
the tractor shakes because i scaled the engine and didnt want to correct the size of the piston shaft, also the track is not dense enough to hold the weight of the tractor so that also makes it shake. I might just make another entry lol.

Does the mass of the engine include spawned circles in a simple spawn engine? also is it OK if it needs a pull start or does it absolutely need an "automatic" starting mechanism?

yeah you can make it start however you want. i never though of the spawn circles though, i guess they should just follow the same rules as any other object

Is this contest still on? I know it was said to end may 20th, but there doesn't appear to be many entries. I would like to give it a shot.
