High-explosive grenades work on the strength of the shock wave that has a nothing but a big hard ball.

That all well and good but you need to optimism the code on your big ball. The "Shock wave" will only touch one object then it will delete its self (At this point you should see the problem) so it has one contact.

Possible lower that to ten collisions, 100 looks too many.

I tried the latter method.
Power of grenades is not much increased so that I leave the old script.
It is more reliable.

It's just a common phrase. It means "I know myself that I do."

I use similliar thing very frequently, and the Celler's way is the best because it assures that the ball will get deleted. Other good way is to spawn very small ultra high negative attraction ball, that'll create a "shockwave" and send itself flying to space (fast enough to not collide with anything in the scene).

OH MY GOSH that thing is so laggy my computer crashed... only way its not going to is if i zoom out really far... nope, still crashes.... see if you can edit the 5 page script so that my computer doesnt keep crashing (im sure there is) and if there isnt one, try making it a little less laggy.

That's impossible! If you have a perfect work of my smoke grenade then this will work fine!
