this contest will be quite simple, as it has few rules.
your grenade:
1. MUST have timed detonation

2. MUST explode (only explosion may be scripted)

3. MUST not be taken (ill know, there's very few on algobox)

4. Maximum Restitution for shrapnel 2.0

5. Maximum Density 6.5 (mass is controlled by density)

6. Doesnt have to have a pin (mine does, but its useless)

7. Must be able to pick it up and move it around

8. and maximum amount of projectiles is around 250 - 300

9. i wont grade any that have loopholes (give me a reasonable rule and ill put it up here)

10. you can make more then one entry if youd like

11. doesnt exactly have to be a frag-mention grenade. (IE; Cellers' Smoke Grenade)

You seem to have thought this contest through a lot. Might give it a go, but not sure. Explosives are the kind of thing that I can only make simple versions of, because once I try to make comlex explosive then everything gets messed up. :crazy: .

i just KNEW someone was going to bring that up, so i made an example that on my part, was quite good. most time Ive ever devoted to something that only works for 10 seconds.

keep up with the posts guys! i also changed the rules a bit, any grenade, as long as it explodes (Flash Bang... Smoke Grenade... Nail grenade... Sticking grenade... don't see how you would pull that off though)

(simey j dude's smoke grenade) update right version? i pulled the pin, the box (trigger thingy) came forward, hit the long rectangle, that was killed, and the box moved around, finally hitting the circle, it spun around, hit something i cant make out, and it flew 100000000000 meters into the air.... :wtf:
