Ok the Laser Tank Contest
Rules-
-No Cutting Lasers
-Laser Must be main weapon
-Decent Suspension
-Must be a destruction tank! It destroys objects.
-14 Wheels Max, 4 Min.
-Can have up to 10 lasers
-Make it look Good
Grading
-Laser Weapon 50/50
-Suspension 30/30
-Looks 20/20
Ten Extra Point if you use Different Threads
Will be disqualified if you Find Obvious Loopholes in Rules
I will decide when this ends

If the laser doesn't cut, it just shines there looking pretty.
So you want a flashlight tank?

Can i create some sort of walking machine of doom?

Can the laser shoot physical particles(some sort of spawning gun)? or even the laser be made out of physical particles?

Could you not script the laser to spawn a large circle that immediately kills itself?

but the circle would be just for effects, or to deal damage(Frictionbomb)?

Here is an example. BTW this wouldnt score Terribly well. This is just an example do it however you want.

Yes Yes i know this is just an example made by me. The Laser Gun is the Thing your supposed to look at. That Laser Gun isnt very good either.

I hadn't originally intended to enter, but i did an old contest entry in phun round a friends house to see how hard it was (and to test phun on their machine) and decided i could easily convert the tank to be an entry for this.

the test scene it is running on is from this competition with a few tweaks for effects - http://www.phunland.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2437

but then the competition is judging the tank, not the scene it runs on - this is only to showcase its ability better that not only does it complete the course, you can annihilate the course with it afterwards as well

Tank is all my own design. instructions and some info on the weapons are in the algobox link above.

EDIT : i just added a triroller into the scene, use the small machine gun like weapon on it to see its destabilising effect makes it nice and easy to run over too lol.
