you have to make the spinning middle not collide water, as it now blocks the entry
a solution for the water to stay in is a secondary ring for the water with an opening
Basically, there are only 10 types of people in the world. Those who know binary, and those who don't.
Light travels faster than sound. That's why some people appear bright until they open their mouths.

the way you have designed your washing machine means that you have to have an opening in the "washing drum", or if you build a case around the "washing drum" you can make small holes in the "washing drum" so water can come through like in a real washing machine

hope this answers your question
