Ok so i have made these things that shoot arrows and i want them to fixate to an object when it hits it but i dont know how to.Pls tell me how. :?:

you might want to be more specific, as current reliable designs only pseudo-fixate themselves to the background.
it's possible to fixate something to the backgound with spawned objects(because tou kow the geomid on them), and, if you know both objects's geomid, you can fixate them together.

the geomid of two objects is required to spawn a fixate, and itis not easy to obtain through normal methods. so you might need to phz-edit your scene(then checksums block it from being uploaded on phunbox), or use grady's hard-to-use new method.

That would only replicate an object being stuck to the background. Not to other objects.
