What exactly do you mean by "double rainbow"? Do you mean like something that looks like a rainbow, or something made of lasers of different colors or etc?
If you just want something that looks like a rainbow, textures are your friend, assuming you know how to set them.

According to Wikipedia,
Double Rainbow is a phenomenon where not only one but two rainbows appeared which was caused by double-reflections.
