[help] make blue box moveable and make it locked

blue big and little light blue box move and locked temp (i know its an easier way but im not that good with script). it needed to be moved about 1m on the right and the light blue need to be moved up and when it reaches its end or something similer each time a 1*0.5 blue box is dropped(left top) im trying to make it build a tower automatically but the only problem is the big blue box and the light blue box is the stopping triggers
P.S sorry bad english, if you need to look at the scene i can upload it 18.07.14 late afternoon (european date)
