Is there a way to delete variable without phn file changing?

About advanced scenes, and the Thyme scripting language used in Algodoo.

Is there a way to delete variable without phn file changing?

Sometimes variables and functions made before, are useless now, and I want to delete them. I know that it can be done with unpacking .phz and changing .phn file, but it isn't fast.
Is there a way to delete variables (and functions) through console?

I haven't heard of any. Unused variable don't matter they take up no space, don't lag up your scenes and are harmless.
