Could you say me, what's the wavelenght of the laser associate to color,
and can i modify or add new wavelenght by scripting?

Algodoo's Lasers work solely using the Color attribute, however you can theorethically calculate the wavelength depending on the color, however this would not work with the magenta-like colors, since that color is not part of the light spectrum. You should imagine the laser to consist of 3 LED's instead, one red one, one green one and a blue one, which all together create the laser color like a screen. So theorethically you can't quite convert the color to wavelength.
