You could probably cheat and just make the object's angvel go up when the laser's hitting it.

In this section of the forum, there should be an ancient sticky which is thyme step by step, I'd suggest you read up on that.

fun fact: i have tried but its just too much and too hard to find im asking simply for a script... id like to see you find a simple word in a book with 300 pages

If was was to just pass you everything, you wouldn't learn anything. There are thousands of scenes on Algobox, and coutless of scripts on the forums, it's better to disect scenes and code and work everything out than to just have something placed in your hands.
That's the art of learning, you will struggle, you will fail, but in the end, you will probably get there if you place everything you know together, and find out what you don't.

electronicboy is totally correct. I learned most of what I know about Thyme scripting by searching the forum and also seeing how others have done similar things by searching scenes on Algobox. While searching, I would almost always find other helpful things about what I was looking for, which I would not have found if the information were handed to me without any effort on my part. Overall, I am better off because of it.
