I guess you just need to reset your config file, or delete the "for = 0" entry from your config file in:
"My documents/Algodoo"
"My documents/Algodoo"

Shamefully they are not, When you ran;
for = 0, it created a variable replacing the function, and as it wasn't a "scene.my." variable, it saved it to the config file.
