is there a script to make it so that you can move the toolbars because i like to customize my program

Sorry.
I know what a scripting is
They made it so you can't right click the toolbars to move them
And i couldn't find a way to move them so I thought there was a script to do that
Just a few minutes ago tatt told me that lock windows is in the options and i never saw that there
So now I feel like a idiot lol
