2.1.0b10 Cloning Axle Crashes Algodoo

Postby s_noonan » Tue Mar 19, 2013 10:09 pm

Windows 8
Algodoo crashes when cloning an axle with particular scripting onto another object. This did not happen in v2.0.2b15 but happens in v2.1.0b8 and v2.1.0b10. If you open the scene Gumby, and clone one of the axles onto another object (by using Ctrl drag), Algodoo v2.1.0 b10 will crash.

The last few lines of Logfile.text are:

I have verified this on both 2.1.0b8 and 2.1.0b10 on Windows 7. I've attached a full log file from 2.1.0b10. I have also saved a log file for 2.1.0b8 however it is entirely uninteresting, consisting solely of init stuff, and
Code: Select all
    1310 ms: Allocating new texture atlas (nr 1)
   16104 ms: Clone gesture

I'd rather be network computing.

Additional info:

Code is in the opaqueBorders property. Algodoo crashes on the first line of code and will crash with the following code
Code: Select all
{
    hinge := (readable(owner));
    true
}

if the hinge is cloned.

Algodoo does not crash if the code is placed in the update event.
