Bug report.
When you liquefied some material in layer1, the water will be generated in layer0.
NOTE: I'm not an Algoryx member.

To translators: English.cfg changelog will be useful (even for me).

tatt -- I found that if I create a circle on any layer and liquify it, the water will be generated on every layer that was selected as a "dynamic" layer. It just so happens that Layer-0 (zero) defaults as a dynamic layer. If you open the Layer control panel (a section of the Background editor), and click on the little white gear that's in line with the layers that you want to be dynamic, then the water will be generated on each layer that has been selected to be dynamic.

Oops, I have mistaken the relation between collideSet and layers (and dynamic).
