I found some words which need to be fixed in English.cfg.

ShowWindows_Tooltip_Touch = "Show all hidden windows. Shortcut: TAB";

^ " Shortcut: TAB" is not needed for _Touch.

ChainBreakeImpulse_Tooltip = "The chain will break if it ever experiences an impulse greater than the given threshold.\nDrag the slider with the right mouse button to randomly distribute the break limit over an interval.";
ChainBreakeImpulse_Tooltip = "The chain will break if it ever experiences an impulse greater than the given threshold.";

^ The second one should be _Tooltip_Touch (lack of "_Touch")

QuickTour_Edit_Touch = "<markup><b>TOUBLE-TAP</b>\nMake water, Clone, Show info, Add mechanics, etc.</markup>";

^ "TOUBLE-TAP"->"Double-TAP"

[Shift]-key and [Ctrl]-key etc. doesn't exist in touch-only devices (like tablets). So, next words need *_Touch.
