Hinge Issues
Hello,
I've been making a scene that involves a lot of hinges.
Once in a while, when I run the scene, I can't move any object with a hinge; Not by dragging, or the object falling, or anything. I've tried deleting some of the geometries while the scene is running, and eventually the object will fall. However, a different object is the one that is "holding the thing up" so to speak. I've checked every hinge to make sure it isn't attached to the background, but no luck. Sometimes, the entire object completely spazzes out, with every geometry flying in every direction. Sometimes the objects all shake violently, and the object moves by itself.
I've tried watching in slow motion, but I can't find the source of the issue.
The more hinges I add, the more prevalent this problem becomes.
Have I missed something important?
Thanks,

Re: Hinge Issues
Someone can probably figure out what's causing your issue if you provide a copy of your scene. Without it, people can only guess, and guessing wastes time.

Re: Hinge Issues
Look into console for warnings, it looks like you play with some unrealistic parameters like +inf motor power, or +inf inertimMultiplier and direct solver can't handle it.
Dream of Algodoo as game development engine...
