2.0.2b14 Laser inside geom and Layer issue.

== How to reproduce bug ==
1. Put a Laser
2. Put a Geom with transparent color, over the Laser. (don't attach laser to the geom. )
3. With layer option, physics will be changed... when geom is not shown, laser doesn't collide to the geom.
4. onHitByLaser also doesn't works when geom is not shown.
