is the game still loading the same algodoo scene?

try deleting the config file AND the _onexitsave.phz in the scenes folder ( this file is a save of what you was doing last and if you just deleting everything instead of doing new from the file menu everything the "bad" code will still keep affecting the config file)

my water is screwed up too. Does yours explode on contact with itself? (i.e. is super-bouncy)

Are you using phun or Algodoo? Did you let it hit an object?

using phun. My algodoo demo water works fine. I did let it collide with a geometry, and even threw some water on it to see if it affected the water, but to no avail. :(

Okay, I'll have to redo this for phun. I'll get it done by the end of tonight.

How can it not work? I tested it and it works fine. :| Are you sure that you're running this in Algodoo: Phun Edition? Did you let an object hit the square?

do you mean that the water compresses in phun? because that isnt a bug, thats just the physics. algodoo has better water, so using algodoo for water IS the right choice :)

it doesn't just compress, It freaks out after compressing... it's hard to explain. Shall I post a video?

This still belongs in the bug report section. But yes, upload a video and maybe we'll help*

The water in algodoo is incompressible. Phun try to give "his" water the same property. So the water is then "crazy". The only thing what we can do is to erase the config.cfg .

I have try to search the config for this spot but the config is too big.

What are you talking about? He merely played a scene that edits the water's properties.

It isn't caused by incompatibility.

I had a problem once that could be what you're describing (not describing very well, though), and it turned out after some extensive hunting around to be that somehow the viscosity of water had been set to zero. All fun and good except that instead of no energy loss like it should have been, there were thousands of tiny rounding errors that added up to a fast and powerful energy gain, making it explode and spatter all over the place when enough of it collected in one place.

This is one of the reasons why we need an updated of Phun. :|

When Phun users downloaded the scene created with Algodoo, the SPH.viscosity can be changed to 0.
So the water behaves strangely in Phun after that, if the user has no special knowledge to fix this issue.

We Algodoo user still use Phun, occasionally.
I hope this issue be solved.

The problem is Algodoo use SPH.viscosity = 0.0 as default and SPH.viscosity should be 0.5 in Phun.
You may think you can solve this issue by changing variable name viscosity in new Algodoo. However there are many scenes which has SPH.viscosity = 0.0.
Again, I hope Phun to be upgraded.
