[Fixed]1.9.5 [New scene] erases killer planes

Since v1.9.4.
Even if [Killer planes] in [Option] is checked, [New scene] erase killer planes.
== How to reproduce bug ==
(1) Check [Killer planes] in [Option] menu
(2) Select [New scene] in File menu (Or shortcut-key: [Ctrl]+[N])
(3) Bug: Killer plane won't exist.
(4) Unchecking [Killer planes] and rechecking [Killer planes]. Then killer planes appears.
