1.9.4 water/chain bug

How to recreate bug:
Make two boxes, a meter or so apart, fix them to the background
Make a chain/rope between the two boxes, so that it is hinged on either side to a box, and is in a U-shape
Add water until it fills the space above the chain.
Move the water through the chain/rope with the move tool (while the sim is running)
The chain/rope will glitch
Now release the mouse button. The water explodes!
