[Fixed]1.8.3 Velocity angle tells lie.

Since v1.7.6,
== Issue ==
Velocity angle tells lie.

There are two strange parts.
(1) The slider remains center position.
(2) It says "Speed = 5.0m/s, Angle = 45d°", but "Velocity(y) = 0".
== How to reproduce ==
Pause simulation and set velocity = [0, 0].
Change "Angle" in velocities menu.
Change "Speed".
Fixed at v1.8.4

The reason is that without any velocity there is no velocity angle.
