Since v1.7.0 (tutorial is implemented at v1.7.0),

"Congratulations" can be shown even if we didn't finish tutorial at all.
This is not so terrible issue but have to be fixed.

This issue still exists in 2.0.0.
I suggest to hide last step until a user finish other steps. ;)
