No Welcome Screen or Menus

I just downloaded Algodoo and ran it for the first time. When it opened there were no menus on the sides or the welcome box in the center like the tutorials show. Now I don't know what to do, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing happened.

Seems like video card/drivers problem. Algodoo require good 3d card with OpenGL and shaders support.
Dream of Algodoo as game development engine...
