Object pass through oder objects

When an object collides with other object at high speed it doesn't collide with it, it simply pass through it

Yep, that's how sim works. You could increase sim.frequency or reduce speed.
Dream of Algodoo as game development engine...

may i ask, what does simulation frequency means?

how often the simulator runs a check, higher frequency = more checks per second for better accuracy, however requires the CPU to do more work.

object traveling at 300 meters/s
at 1hz, the object would move 300 coords in a single step,
at 60hz, the object would move 300 coords in 60 steps, meaning that if there is an object in the way, you're more likely to actually evaluate the step in which a collision occurs.
