Shapes stay in place when i start the sim

I am having this problem where every time i create a shape it stays in place when i start the simulation. If anyone can tell me how to fix this i would very much appreciate it, thank you.

Gravity? Tried adjusting the sim frequency, being too low or two high can cause this
